Anthony S. Orlando, has been responsible for supervision, design and execution of a variety of architectural projects. Joining L+M after gaining his BA Architecture in 1994, he brings a comprehensive background in exterior restoration and interior design for commercial, landmark and residential projects.
The following projects show the breadth of his experience: the restoration of Loew’s Paradise Theater, Bronx, NY; the exterior restoration of the landmark San Remo Apartment Building, New York, NY; the interior and exterior modernization of the Oak Hills Jewish Center temple, school and catering hall in Bayside, New York; and for Le Havre apartment building in Whitestone, NY, a $40 million multi-year exterior restoration including the replacement of windows and balcony doors.
Mr. Orlando has Bachelor in Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology and is a registered architect in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, International Concrete Repair Institute, and American Council of Engineering Companies.
